The holistic & non-invasive use of Musical interventions to accomplish individual goals within a therapeutic setup, (be it through instrumental or vocal music), by a Professional Music therapist is known as Music Therapy. It is a form of Expressive Art Therapy, where the therapist uses Music, along with its attributes – Physical, Emotional, Mental, Social, Aesthetic, and Spiritual, as a tool to understand and improve the client’s Physical and Mental health.
